Online Purchase procedure:

1. For existing online customers, please log in to your account first. For first-time users, please register.

2. Choose items in product catalogue and put it in the shopping cart.

3. Confirm the shopped items in the shopping cart or amend the quantity of the stocks.

4. Check Out to confirm the final order.

5. After we receive your order, we will contact you within 2-3 working days by phone/email for delivery date and time.

6. Products will be delivered within 3-5 working days (Mon to Sat) after payment confirmed for metropolitan areas. Please refer to our delivery chart for further information.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Order will be confirmed by phone contact or email reply.

2. One delivery address per order, HercZ will contact customers to confirm the stock availability & shipment time and date.

3. We only deliver on business days; no deliveries will be made on Sunday or public holidays.

4. If order is made during public holidays, please allow an extra working days for order processing.

5. Hercz reserves all rights of any changes of terms and conditions.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT:

• To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received

• Orders can only be cancelled by customers before the order has been delivered. HK$20 admin and handling charges apply for any cancellation except out of stock orders and waiting time is more than 2 weeks

• That all orders are subject to availability of stock
